The rooms were nicely decorated and the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was in a great location, close to many restaurants and shops. Plus, the hot tub was a nice touch for relaxing after a long day exploring the city.

Taking a shower in cold water was not pleasant at all, especially during the cold weather.

Stay at this hotel! Modern and stylish, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. Great location with many bars and restaurants nearby. the room was comfortable with private facilities, and the Spa & wellness centre was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was delicious with great options.

A minor issue with the service, the staff wasn't as attentive as we would have liked. the bar/lounge area was comfortable and a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring.

The hotel had beautifully decorated rooms, each showcasing different local art. The flat screens in the rooms were a nice touch. The staff, especially Mauricio, Karime, and Liliana, were extremely attentive and made us feel welcome. The hotel was also located in a prime area, with some of the best restaurants and bars in the city within walking distance.

Our experience was marred by a few issues. The room itself was also quite cold, despite the concierge bringing in a heater.

I especially enjoyed the nice crafts market and night market close by. Highly recommended!
